Well, it's the 18th of December, and we had a last minute client today. The baroness of Rochestershire! Rochestershire? I swear she said Rochestershire - is that even a place? Anyhow. We had a visit from the Baroness of Rochester…shire.

But I'm afraid we've lost her. As a client I mean. God, I hope she comes back.

You see, what happened was, she ended up waiting in the hallway for a while, whilst Kozlowski prepared a mock up replacement corpse. She didn't trust he could fake a convincing chandelier-accident.

Now, decorating a corpse with broken glass is no challenge for Kozlowski, of course, and the baroness seemed satisfied with the result, but she didn't much appreciate sitting next to Humphrey whilst sipping her espresso.

Well, Humphrey is as sweet as a Malteser, but unfortunately the baroness isn't used to being in the company of... the lower classes.

So, when Humphrey tried to make polite conversation and the baroness responded by retching, Salvatore had no choice but to kick him out.

Poor man. We really need this case, though. I cross my fingers she'll come back tomorrow. She's said she needs a day to think it over.

I'm going to apologize to Humphrey.
